TEC's KEY Executive Program is designed to increase the personal and professional development of senior executives interested in contributing significantly to their companies' successes. In an environment of confidentiality, trust, and personal growth, KEY members meet nine times a year to discuss the implementation and accomplishment of strategic business objectives. Similar to all TEC programs, a hallmark of the KEY Executive process is accountability and feedback.
